Product Launch: Trinity Stars Doctrine Workshop Manual

Today my publishing company, Hadspen Foundation, released  the Trinity Stars Doctrine Workshop Manual, a three‑volume recovery resource designed for higher‑end rehabilitation centres and structured recovery programs seeking spiritually grounded, clinically complementary tools.

Presented in three volumes of approximately 160 pages each, the manual is designed to be lived with, written on, and personalised by participants in recovery. It provides a structured companion for workshops, guiding individuals through root‑cause analysis, layered self‑reflection, and the development of personalised tools to understand body, mind, and soul.

This product release forms part of a broader initiative within the Hadspen Foundation to advance the three‑pronged framework at the heart of the Trinity Stars Doctrine: Surrender to a Higher Power, the application of business principles to recovery, and the pursuit of grace. These pillars are foundational and non‑negotiable — they define the doctrine’s structure and its practical impact.

The manual incorporates the Business‑to‑Recovery (B2R) Framework, a proprietary selection of business principles and sub‑principles curated specifically for recovery. Out of the hundreds of business principles that exist, only those with genuine relevance to recovery have been adapted — tools that help individuals understand their internal physical, emotional, and spiritual state, interpret their external orbit, formulate strategies, and build a disciplined, spiritually enriched life.

The Foundation is now identifying co‑development, writing, and distribution partners to adapt the Trinity Stars Doctrine into multi‑faith expressions, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, and a broad range of spiritual traditions, with an initial focus on Australian and American Indigenous spiritual frameworks.

This release marks a significant step in the Foundation’s mission: to provide practical, spiritually grounded resources that help people not only maintain sobriety, but build a glass‑half‑full life connected with God’s creation — a life shaped by clarity, accountability, and grace.

About Jason Bresnehan

Jason is a writer and recovery advocate whose work explores the intersection of Catholic faith and the lived experience of addiction. His books and essays weave scripture with the rhythms of everyday life, showing how grace can surface in the most ordinary encounters.

Through A Catholic Gospel Journey – Through the Lens of Alcohol Recovery and related projects, Jason offers reflections that connect the Sunday readings to the struggles and victories of recovery. His approach is rooted in clarity, rhythm, and respect for tradition, while remaining accessible to those navigating the challenges of addiction and renewal.

Founder of the Hadspen Foundation, Jason is committed to building frameworks for spiritual recovery that are both repeatable and personal. His writing is guided by discernment, narrative cadence, and the belief that doctrine should support—not overshadow—the human story.
