Speaking to...

After learning and sharing through writing, consulting, and board work, speaking is where I bring ideas to life through live engagement.

It allows me to connect directly with audiences—whether in boardrooms, classrooms, conferences, or community halls—and share what I’ve learned in a way that’s personal, practical, and energising.

I speak on topics that span business, community, and personal development—drawing from leadership experience across sectors and my own recovery journey.

A core theme in my talks is the power of cross-disciplinary insight: how ideas from leadership, management, organisational behaviour, psychology, neuroscience, mental health, spiritual traditions, and alcohol recovery can inform and enrich one another. Whether it’s applying the 12 Steps to team culture, or using neuroscience to understand emotional regulation in recovery, I explore the intersections where meaningful change happens.

I believe in the power of ideas to move people. For me, speaking isn’t just communication—it’s connection.

Business

I draw on leadership experience across sectors including manufacturing, agriculture, tech commercialisation, finance, services, import/export, and property development. I also speak on leadership, policy, and programs that drive economic and social progress through business.

Community

I engage with community development groups, not-for-profits, rehab providers, faith-based organisations, and charities. I share both business insights and my personal story of recovery through twelve-step programs and faith.

Young People

I believe our generation has a responsibility to pass on life skills to the next. While formal education is essential, we often overlook the importance of personal motivation, health, financial literacy, and understanding the fundamentals of democracy and enterprise.
