Zapple Software develops integrated mobile applications and lightweight enterprise systems. The company is jointly held by Jason Bresnehan and long‑time collaborator Patrick Ryan, reflecting a partnership that has delivered several technically robust, operator‑grade software builds.
Founded: 2013
Zapple builds data‑centric systems that remove friction from information‑heavy operations. Most organisations don’t have a software problem — they have information moving at different speeds, in different formats, across different hands. Zapple designs private, browser‑based systems that stabilise this flow and turn complex processes into something operators can actually run.
The work starts with the business system, not the code. Before development begins, Zapple maps how information enters, how decisions are made, how work moves, and how exceptions are handled. Noise is removed before capability is added, and data is normalised before decisions are automated. The result is structural clarity: controlled workflows that replace interpretation with instruction, and outputs that are time‑correct, auditable, and usable by real people under real constraints.
Delivery is pragmatic and operator‑focused. Working systems are shipped early, observed in real use, and improved based on actual workflow friction rather than speculative features. The outcome is simple: systems that reduce cognitive load, stabilise operations, and let organisations run their work without unnecessary decisions or software theatre.
Selected Builds A small selection of Zapple’s work is shown below. For full project detail and additional builds, visit the Zapple Software website.
